Strictly necessary technologies
The platform may use cookies, session mechanisms, or browser storage that are necessary for authentication, security, tenant routing, session continuity, fraud prevention, or core functionality. Turning these off may prevent the service from working correctly.
Optional analytics
We are not treating analytics, advertising, or cross-site behavioural tracking as necessary for the core school-management service. If optional analytics are introduced, they must be documented, minimised, and deployed with an appropriate consent/preference mechanism where required by applicable law.
School websites
A school website hosted through Icademee may have school-specific content, integrations, or services. Schools remain responsible for their own controller-level privacy disclosures and any optional tracking they choose to enable, subject to the platform's technical and contractual controls.
Changes
We will update this notice when our use of cookies or similar technologies materially changes. The Privacy Policy explains the broader handling of personal information.
